UNA VEZ ESTÉS REGISTRADO/A y MATRICULADO/A,
EL SISTEMA NO PERMITE HACER CAMBIOS,
NI DEVOLUCIONES DE DINERO.

THE SYSTEM NEITHER LETS YOU MAKE CHANGES
NOR REIMBURSING MONEY.
FUAM es la Fundación de la Universidad Autónoma.
Es OBLIGATORIO EN TODOS LOS CASOS crear un usuario la herramienta on-line de la FUAM para poder matricularse in el Congreso.
FUAM is a Non-Profit Institution for Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
It is COMPULSORY to create an USUARIO (user) in FUAM on-line tool so as you can register in the Conference.

Y se ve la siguiente pantalla: ACCESO y CREAR USUARIO
And you can see the following screen: ACCESS and CREATING AN USER
1.-Si no eres todavía usuario (es decir, es la primera vez que va a acceder a este sistema), debes CREAR UN USUARIO EN LA HERRAMIENTA ON -LINE DE MATRICULACIÓN de la FUAM. Esta opción está a la derecha de la pantalla. Por favor, por seguridad, crea un usuario con una cuenta de correo que tengas, pero inventa una contraseña diferente para la FUAM (distinta de la que usas para abrir ese correo)
If you are not an USUARIO (USER) yet, (we mean, it is the first time that you access this system), you must CREATE AN `USUARIO´ IN FUAM ON-LINE REGISTRATION TOOL .This choice is on the right side of the screen. Please, for safety, create an user with any email account you have, but invent a new password, don´t use the one you open the account with.
2.- ENTRAR COMO USUARIO DE LA FUAM
ENTERING in FUAM TOOL AS AN USER.
Ahora que te has registrado, eres usuario de la FUAM, así que escribe la cuenta de email que has escogido y tu clave especial aquí:
As you are now registered, you are a FUAM user, so write the email account you chose and the special password for FUAM here:
Así llegas a un sitio donde aparece una lista de cursos y congresos que se ofrecen este año en la FUAM:
So you get to a place in which you have a listing of the courses and conferences offered this year in FUAM:
3.- PARA ENCONTRAR EL CONGRESO: APARECEN MÁS CURSOS y CONGRESOS, dándole al raton a scroll, bajamos y vemos más cursos y congresos:

CUIDADO: las tres posibilidades de matriculación:
* participantes, es decir, personas que presentan una comunicación seleccionada por el comité científico, y cuya participación necesita confirmación por parte de la organización, son PARTICIPANTES; . Si este es tu caso, haz clic en su “Detalle”
* ASISTENTES, son personas que simplemente asisten al congreso. Si este es tu caso, haz clic en su “Detalle”
* ESTUDIANTES de la UAM son estudiantes de alguna titulación de la UAM en el 2012-2013, tanto como asistentes como participantes con una comunicación seleccionada. . Si este es tu caso, haz clic en su “Detalle”
BE CAREFUL: the three choices for registration
* participantes, we mean, people who present a communication chosen by the scientific commitée and whose participation needs confirmation from the organization, are PARTICIPANTES. If you are a PARTICIPANTE, click in its “Detalle”.
* ASISTENTES are people who simply attend the conference. If you are an ASISTENTE, click in its “Detalle”.
* ESTUDIANTES de la UAM are students of any degree at UAM in academical course 2012-22013. If you are an ESTUDIANTE, click in its "Detalle".
HAZ CLIC in `DETALLE´ (A LA DERECHA) en la OPCIÓN EN LA QUE TE ENCUENTRAS, Y CONFIRMA.
CLIC in `DETALLE¨in the CHOICE THAT CORRESPONDS TO YOUR SITUATION, AND GIVE CONFIRMATION.
4.- EL SISTEMA INFORMA DE QUE TE HAS MATRICULADO CORRECTAMENTE. Leer las instrucciones y datos acerca de la cuenta corriente.

5.- AHORA ES EL MOMENTO DEL PAGO. Bajando la misma pantalla encuentras lo siguiente, que da acceso al pago:
NOW IT IS THE MOMENT TO PAY. Scrolling down the very same screen, you can find what follows, which gives access to payment:
DALE `CLIC´ A “Detalles/realizar pago”. Puedes pagar on-line (con TARJETA DE DÉBITO o similares) o por transferencia bancaria (a la cuenta de la FUAM)
CLIC IN In “Detalles/realizar pago”. You can pay on-line (with a DEBIT CARD or so) or via bank transfer (using the FUAM bank account)
Si escoges el pago on-line, pon tus datos en esta pantalla. Fíjate en esta dirección https: es pago seguro si aparece la que se marca, evitando así el phishing:
If you choose PAYING on-LINE, write your date on this screen. Look at the https site: it is a safe payment if in the browser appears this one, so as to avoid phishing:
Y así ya estás completamente inscrito/a en el Congreso. No necesitas hacer nada más.
Your full registration is finished, and you don´ t need to do anything else.
Pero si has escogido PAGAR POR TRANFERENCIA BANCARIA, tienes que descargar un documento de tres páginas y que lleva impresos todos tus datos. Son iguales las páginas, pero son una para el banco, otra para tí y otra para la Universidad: “EJEMPLAR PARA LA TITULACION”. Los tres deben de llevar en su parte inferior el sello del banco o una marca mecánica similar
But if you choose PAYING BY a BANK transfer, download a document that contains all your data (3 pages), and it has printed all your data. The pages are equal to each other, but one is for the bank another is for you, and another one is for the university: “EJEMPLAR PARA LA TITULACIÓN”. The three ones should be stamped by the bank, or an authomatic print made at the bank.
Donde se ven círculos son todos datos que el sistema escribe automáticamente, NO DEBES ESCRIBIR NADA EN ESTOS DOCUMENTOS; TODOS TUS DATOS DEBEN SALIR RELLENOS EN ESTOS LUGARES. Por eso es tan importante que te matricules bien, rellenando todos los datos como USUARIO de la FUAM al principio.
Where you can see circles are the date that the system writes authomatically. YOU MUST NOT WRITE ANYTHING ON THESE DOCUMENTS; ALL YOUR DATA MUST BE FILLED IN THOSE PLACES. For this reason it is so important that you register correctly, by filling data when you register as an USER of FUAM at the beginning.
Vé al banco, paga, escanea el documento de pago (con buena resolución de imagen) correspondiente al de EJEMPLAR PARA LA TITULACIÓN. El documento debe mostrar la impresión mecánica o el sello del banco, y en todo caso la fecha de pago.
Go to the bank, pay it , scan this document (with a good quality of image) corresponding to EJEMPLAR PARA LA TITULACION; the document must show the authomatic validation of the bank, its stamp and the date of payment, and send it to:
Es muy importante seguir el proceso de esta manera a fin que puedas obtener tu certificado de asistencia o de participación.
It is very necessary to do that, so as the organization can prepare the certificate of attendance or participation.
ADVERTENCIA-1: Los estudiantes de la UAM deben escanear también el resguardo de pago de este año de la Universidad a fin de tener reconocimiento como tales, y enviarlo a espacios.sonoros2013@uam.es.
Si han escogido el pago on-line deben enviarlo igualmente, en este caso como documento único en un email.
ADVERTENCIA-2: A pesar de que en este documento de instrucciones puede verse el número de cuenta, rogamos que utilicéis los impresos que genera la herramienta on-line, es decir, que sigáis el sistema que indicamos. De otro modo, no garantizamos que se pueda emitir un certificado de asistencia o participación.
